April 30, 2017 – Structure Fire

At approximately 1:30am on MRW Fire was paged out to a fully involved structure fire on Trail Drive in the China Ditch neighborhood. Command 550 arrived on scene first and quickly determined no residents were in the structure. Due to limited water supply, Melba Fire provided assistance with a tender and engine as well.

This house fire was the first such for several volunteers and it seems all the training has paid off for the community.
