May 15, 2018 – Brush Fire

Around 1:25pm Tuesday, May 15, 2018, MRW Fire was paged out for a brush fire 7 miles up Reynolds Creek Rd. MRW was informed en route, the fire was out but the reporting party still wanted MRW to check it out.

It seems this fire was caused by a tractor with a brush cutting blade hitting a rock. Quick action by the crews working with the tractor prevented the fire from getting out of control.
